Jeet Kune Do is a non-classical method of self defense blending Wing Chun,
Western Boxing, Fencing and northern style kicking founded by the late great Bruce Lee.
Includes: kicking, hand strikes, trapping, grappling and energy/sensitivity. Focus is on
simplicity and directness. All ranges are covered creating a scientific fighting method.
